Think of Circles as groups of verified sellers. Each group is managed by an administrator (Circle Admin) who makes sure all sellers in the group are trustworthy.
Before, P2P.me managed all sellers directly. Now, this work is distributed to the community — people who know local sellers well and can provide better support.

- The admin decides and you can receive the difference
